"Bitruder ®" is the trade name for Reifenhäuser twin-screw extruders with counter-rotating screws. They are predominantly used for the processing of hard PVC-mixtures in powder form:

- for small to medium volumes with conical twin-screws

- for large-scale processing with parallel twin-screws.

"Reitruder" is the name for Reifenhäuser twin-screw extruders with co-rotating screws. A wide choice of screw types and kneading and mixing elements is available. For compounding and extrusion of foamed sheet the Reitruder opens up new paths.
