POLYOLEFINS
Polytrope - TPO (Thermoplastic Olefins).
Elastomers with excellent weatherability and a wide
range of flexibility. These compounds resist impact
in extremely cold temperatures, are pigmentable as
well as paintable and can be custom matched to meet
any color specification. They lend themselves well
to automotive applications and are available for injection
molding, extrusion and blow molding.
Poly Flam® PE: Flame retardant
PE LD and PE HD
Poly Flame® PP: Flame retardant
home and co polymer PP, Standard and reinforced, including
non-halogenated formulations
Poly Flam® ABS: Flame retardant
ABS. Standard, reinforced on UV Stabilized for compact
moulding extrusion on structural foam applications.
Ployflam® PS: Flame retardant
Polystyrene for compact moulding, extrusion or structural
foam applications.
ENGINEERED MATERIALS
Formion® - Ionomer Compounds.
Formulated ionomers offer excellent toughness, abrasion
resistance, chemical resistance and outstanding weatherability.
Certain grades can be vacuum metallized without a
primer. These compounds offer polyolefin processability
and ease of coloring and are formulated to meet exacting
specifications in a wide array of applications and
processes.
Polypur® - Reinforced and Alloyed Thermoplastic
Polyurethanes. These award-winning compounds
are directly paintable and offer low expansion and
contraction properties. They lend themselves well
to the automotive industry. They exhibit high flow,
which facilitates molding into large, complex parts
that maintain their original strength in extreme temperatures.
Polypur compounds are impact resistant, abrasion resistant
and have high tensile strength.
Schulamid® - Filled and Unfilled Nylon
Compounds. Available in reinforced and unreinforced
grades, these compounds can be impact modified and
heat or light stabilized. They have a low specific
weight, high melting point, and excellent impact strength
with chemical and abrasion resistance. These compounds
are widely used in automotive, electrical, construction
and recreational applications.
Superohm® - EPR Cable Insulation Compounds.
EPR electrical insulation compounds for low-, medium-
and high-voltage cables. Unique manufacturing processes
are used to produce Superohm products.
COMALLOY INTERNATIONAL - Application Engineered
Thermoplastics.
Aqualoy® - Hydrolytically Stable Materials.
For fluid-borne and hot-water applications.
Comshield® - EMI/RFI Anti-static Materials.
With electrical conductivity properties.
Comtuf® - Impact-resistant Materials.
These compounds provide chemical resistance as well
as excellent surface appearance and secondary finishing
ease.
Escalloy® - Environmental-, Stress- and
Crack-resistant Materials. These compounds
promote superior resistance in harsh chemical and
solvent environments.
Foamspan® - Thermoplastic Foams.
These compounds are lightweight, flexible, and have
high strength.
Hiloy® - High-strength Materials.
Combined with low specific gravities, these materials
yield superior strength-to-weight ratio.
Lubrilon® - Lubricated Materials.
Lightweight materials that are corrosion resistant.
Tempalloy® - High-temperature Materials.
These materials also yield chemical resistance and
a wide processing window.
Thermex® - Heat-dissipation Materials.
Thermex eliminates heat-related application failures.
