Netstal's "PET Line" series |

Netstal's
"PET Line" series, specifically developed for Pet
Preforms, offers production rates of 6000 to 50,000 preforms/hour
incorporating injection moulds of 32 to 144 cavities. Available
in 2 main frames of 350 MT and 600 MT, it offers flexibility
to maximize production of various size performs on the same
frame
and
ensures incredibly low cycletimes e.g. 9.5 s for 48 cavity,
20 gm, 0.5L perform,2.8mm thk, neck 28mm PCO. Its unique
HI-Melt Barrier Screw ensures the lowest AA content for
bottles of neutral taste. PET Line also incorporates "Clean
Room" environment for performs of the highest quality.

offers the SynErgy range from 60 MT to 600 MT for fast cycling
applications, with extremely low dry cycle times ranging
from 1.1 s (60 MT) to 2.3 s (600 MT). An optimized 5 point
toggle, with rapid movement sequences and parallel operations
supported by accumulator -based hydraulics, extremely high
injection rates and a fast-reacting DSP3 controller ensure
the shortest cycle times.Precision and consistency is a
SynErgy hallmark with exact reproducibility of all parts
of the moulding cycle through the intelligent SYCAP Digitally
closed loop control on injection as well as clamping, precision
